2011 VENTURA RUN

SATURDAY, SEPTEMBER 10, 2011

This year we're mixing it up a bit.  We will meet in Westlake Village at the Northgate Plaza on the NW corner of Thousand Oaks Blvd, & Westlake Blvd.  There is a Starbucks and Corner Bakery there.  

Please have your car gassed up prior to arriving.  We will leave as a group at 9:30 sharp for a 40 minute cruise  through the Santa Monica mountains, passing through Hidden Valley and down into Camarillo.  
We will stop for brunch at the Waypoint Café (www.thewaypointcafe.com)  located next to the runway at the Camarillo Airport.  

After brunch we will drive about five minutes to the Mullin Automotive Museum (www.mullinautomotivemuseum.com) in Oxnard.  If you like very rare autos (especially Bugatti's) from yesteryear you'll be in heaven.  Tickets for the Museum are $10.00 per person.  

Please RSVP no later than Sept. 4th 7th so we can give the Museum a headcount.

Please put Michael & Melanie down for the cruise, brunch and museum.  I love how the meeting spot is 2 minutes from my home.<1 I might even get to sleep in for this event provided my boys let me!  Also, I have been wanting to try the Waypointe Cafe in Camarillo for awhile.  I had heard they have recently remodeled.

Hi Kala,

I am just busting Glenn's chops, we are planning on bring the Viper, but driving the CLS is almost as must fun. We have not taken the Viper out in a really long time, it is very sad. We finally finished our back yard so we have been enjoying it a lot.
