I have moved to TX and have no need.  It is the license plate surround that identifies you as an 11-99 Foundation Member.  This has saved me MANY times from not only a ticket but even from just getting pulled over.  Several times I had cops pull in behind me (exhaust was REALLY loud) and see the plate and then just back away.  Thinking in the $300 range.

Do you have the wallet card too? Just curious

Just the plate but I have never been asked for it.  A friend of mine was asked about it and he always just said that he keeps it at home in a safe place so he doesnt lose it.
