Congrats!!! When I got married, the Viper was our getaway car. Almost lost the rear end as we were leaving because my wife's nephew yelled "Peel Out!!!"  ;D

Hi All,
Sorry I couldn't make it to Duke's.  I was busy getting married across the street at the Hilton.  I did really want to be there.  I saw the caravan come into town the morning of.  It looked great.  I hope everyone had fun and hope to see you soon.

Are there any Viper passengers thinking of flying out to Vegas?  My wife might be considering the 3:15-4:20pm (May 2nd) flight.  One-way out of John Wayne on Southwest is pretty hilarious right now... $51.00 or 2,448 points + $5.60 security fee.  Cancel anytime before the flight for a credit to be used within 1 year, or if points were used to book, redeposited back to the account holder.

Nice pic Dave!  It appears the gravitational pull of the blue/white GTS & white/blue ACR-E was too much for the drone, huh?

So for February 11th, our club will have the spots where the ocean is behind the cars right?   ;) :D ;D

Thanks for creating the event, I hope it continues for years and years to come, providing a permanent home for car enthusiasts in SoCal!

Well .... that escalated quickly! Thank you for coming out (over 150 cars!). See you for the Viper Club event on Sunday February 11th from 6:30 to 9:30am

Question: Albert, can you also upgrade my 22 year old Viper after you're done?

Hey Lance, thanks for posting, we need more of these!  Question: is Hillbank kid-friendly, and about how long will people be hanging out?

It'll be a gametime decision for me :'(  My Viper log shows 285 miles YTD... weak!!!  Actually it would be fun to see where that number slots in across the members :P

Damn.  Super nice, funny, confident guy that was always smiling, and just a joy to be around.  Met him and Teresa for the first time in Detroit.  Thinking of Teresa and their family in this tough time.

Closing in on $127K.  Consider joining me and John in matching the Reinsmas' contribution!

Or at the very least, please spare a few bucks for the children of today who will grow up driving EVs  :'(

What's the consensus on total 2017 Viper production#s?  I've read 600-800?  And how many are Tomball, Woodhouse and Roanoke picking up?

Upcoming Events / Re: VIPERS, VINEYARDS and VISTAS September 16-18, 2016

Uh oh, this event may need to be relabeled Uber, Vineyards and Vistas.

anthony and wanda are in.  anyone else??

Yo Eddie,

Where's Brian gonna be with the 2017 Chrysler Pacificas  :P

Not all '97 rims are forged.  They switched around 1/3rd of the year or so into the 1997 production run.  You'll know by checking behind your spokes and looking for the weld bead if you have the cast wheels.

For easier maintenance on the BBS wheels, apply Ceramic Pro.  Or just leave them dirty, because race car...

Not sure on the price, but before you sell your originals check out just hard it is to clean all those nooks and crannies on the beautiful and strong BBS.

97 stock wheels were stronger than the ones on the 96 (forged instead of cast) that were prone to cracking if used at the track with sticky tires. Someone who wants to track their 96 might want to switch over to yours if they track their cars.

Special thanks to Raj and Paul for the onboard GoPro footage.  Get well soon Raj!

Thanks to everyone who made it out, new faces as well as old friends.  Hope to see everyone again soon at the Members' Holiday Party.

My co-worker Daniel came out to the event with his drone to capture some overhead shots.  Now he's hooked on Vipers!  Here is a brief teaser for everyone:

We noticed several other members had GoPro cameras attached to their cars - what we're hoping for is that those individuals can send us/ upload their footage.  That way, Daniel will have more material to edit, and add to final video.

If you know anyone that made recordings, please let them know we're looking, and put them in touch with me.  You can PM (private message) me via this forum or email me at [email protected] and I can get in touch with them directly.
