We should probably hit the road by 11:15.

We will stop in Barstow by the outlet center off Lenwood Rd for gas and eat at In&Out Burgers.

We'll try to get out of there by 1:00.
From there it is 3 hours into Pahrump. 
This will get us into Pahrump shortly after 4:00 so we'll have just enough time to check in, get cleaned up, rest and head over to VonQuillich Manor

I'll be at the Chevron station at 11:00 for the caravan! ^2

Lance, all my commuting OC-Vegas frends tell me that the traffic is worse in the late morning, early afternoon departures.  The party crowd sleeps in and hits the road at the noon check-out time. Stay at the track!

I agree.  If you leave early (10AM-noon), you will most likely hit the Vegas traffic in Baker on through Barstow.  I usually leave from Pahrump around 4 PM and it's smooth sailing at that time.

Dan, I am planning on meeting everyone at the Festival.  Can I get a corral pass from you when you get there?  If I need it before I go in, then I'll have to wait somewhere.  Or, if it's too much of a pain, I'll just go to Ruby's Diner.  Let me know what you think.

Are you sure? That ACR would look great at the show and be a nice center piece. If anyone can be there early with me let me know so we can stake out some spaces for the Vipers. It's kind of hard to do with one car. Email me to coordinate. I was thinking of getting there around 6:30 but if I'm going to be the only one holding spaces till 8 I wil not survive  =15
