Thanks guys.

Cathy and I started dieting about 12 weeks ago.

Now weighing in at a trim 225 (about 5 lbs more than when I graduated from high school!), which was the goal for my birthday, down from 250, so I took some weight out of my car for the track this fall! Maybe I'll be able to keep up with Ben now......

Cathy lost a few lbs too, but not going to mention how much. =27
