This would be a fun event.  I did this at the Silver State one year.

I think the Vipers would be good at this.

Hey Dan, this would be interesting for the super-charged beast!

Yes, it would.

Black car is at DC for a computer re-work.  I have the necessary safety stuff to qualify for the 205 class, which I could probably get to at this altitude.  I got 161 mph at the Silver State in the 1/2 mile with less power than I have now.

Might have it back by then but there's a track event that weekend at Willow Springs, which I am committed to run.

I read the details and there is currently no place for spectators.  It would be nice if there was.
