Mailed the check yesterday for the Bennetts.  John, Joan and almost all the family. Total of 13.  Aloha!!  All are looking forward to it.  Now how do I fit all 7 granchildren in Ace?  I might have to stop 7 times on the way down there to rotate them.  Or perhaps 4 on the way down and 3 on the way home. >q

I am planning to go.  I will be at Krispy Creme at 8:45.  I have to be in Irvine by no later than 1pm so I might have to u-turn early and start heading back.

This looks like fun!!  Do "immediate family members" include grandchildren?

Late breaking news.  We got back late last night from our 14-day Alaska land tour/cruise and I am ready to do some Viper driving.  I will be there with my granddaughter!

Anybody thinking about going to this annual So Cal event?  I will be out of town until late in the week but if I am back by Sunday morning (yes, Jan 1, 2012), I will try to make it.

2012 "Tour d'Orange". Arguably the first car event of the year. January 1st 2012.
8th Annual "Tour d'Orange". Now a Southern California tradition for many and arguably the first car event of the New Year. Meet Sunday morning January 1st at the corner of Fisher and Redhill in Costa Mesa. Arrive by 8:30 AM, maps at 8:45 AM, DEPART AT 9 AM. There is no formal notice besides this. All cars welcome.

I have participated a couple of times and it is fun.  No too many people on the road at 9am on New Years Day.  If you are going I suggest you get there by 8am.  Hope to see you there!
