Big Bear Run & Lunch
This run to Big Bear is a lot of fun and worth the trip! We'll approach the mountain from the east and snake our way up the back way because it makes for a better run with less traffic. Other vehicles have been known to pull over to let the Vipers pass and even sometimes give us a ThumbsUp <1 as we go by.

This is also a great place to stay! Auto Club preferred room rate showing as low as $112 per night, and they do not require a 2 night stay!
Our final meeting place before we head up the hill will be the Home Depot parking lot. There is a 7-Eleven with gas here if needed plus snacks, coffee, etc...

How cool is that....We are dropping down into the Big Bear Valley and I get a call from Hemotox.
He wished he could have gone with us, but was working up in Lake Michigan. Even with his busy schedule, he still keeps tabs on the Club and thinks of us.

sorry I missed it, there are no SSG vipers in any of your pics! Chicago got boring, one viper noticed the whole time. Yellow RT/10 rag top. Bad place to leep a nice car, miserable rain all the time.

Track sounds like a great way to really learn how to drive this car, count me in.

It is. Just take your time learning and don't try to go too fast too quickly. Many in our group can help you with that.
Speed Ventures will be running Willow Springs October 10 and 11. There should be a few of us driving that weekend.
The Pantera Club will be running Willow Springs Oct 31 & Nov 1. While this event can be crowded, it's fun passing a bunch of other cars (Corvettes, Mustangs, Porsches etc.). We have planned to rent a garage for this one.
You should definitely attend our car control clinic this November at Fontana.
Also, we'll be running the "Roval" at Fontana a couple of weeks later in November with Speed Ventures.
