Big Bear Run & Lunch
This run to Big Bear is a lot of fun and worth the trip! We'll approach the mountain from the east and snake our way up the back way because it makes for a better run with less traffic. Other vehicles have been known to pull over to let the Vipers pass and even sometimes give us a ThumbsUp <1 as we go by.
Lunch will be at Boo Bear's Den on their patio – there should be enough space for all of us to sit in the same area!
Our final meeting place before we head up the hill will be the Home Depot parking lot. There is a 7-Eleven with gas here if needed plus snacks, coffee, etc...
Pick the meeting place that best suits you and your schedule. Let us know where this will be and we won't leave without you.

Hey Eric,
1151 W. Lugonia Ave Redlands, there is a Home Depot
10East to Tennesse North to Lugonia, East on Lugonia right hand side. Should also have a 7-11 at entrance to the Home Depot parking lot.
Then East on the 38 and up the back side, a super run and great views to Big Bear Bash 08.
OGO has spoken O O O ^8 ^8 ^8
I will get on it
hemotox <t
Route is posted with map in the first post.
Right click on image title below ( the text title, not the image ), click from the menu "Save Target" and place on your desktop and open with your image viewer. >2
From what I can see there is definitely a Home Depot, probably a gas station at the 7-11 on the left

Also add Tom and Shawn to the list please.
Does anyone know if the Harley's are running (crawling) up the hill the same day like last year?
Before we scheduled the date, I went on to every calendar <I I could find and the Harley's were NOT scheduled for this Saturday - but I'm still keeping my fingers crossed.
Come on Lance you know you really enjoyed put puttering around 25-28 mph for about 30 minutes.
Dan/Cathy, Great job on the recon work. I'll keep my fingers crossed too that they're not up there with us.
At least I was able to keep up with them !!!
The Bikers need some Hawai'ian music, that'll speed them up, maybe some outside speakers on PCH VIPER's graphite coupe???
Don't the Gen 2's already have speakers built into the front hood.
North Shore.................. That's where I want to be.......... <t
"Don't the Gen 2's already have speakers built into the front hood."
Mine does.
Guest what, Boys and Girls Viper Owners?
The 7-11 at 1161 W. Lugonia Avenue has Gas!!! >3
Hope everyone is getting that Big Bear Feeling

EJ,
Will you have your 08 by then? >m
If so, you'll need some of that Swiss wax for it .....
Dan
Should have the 08 in 1-2 weeks, but I will be in Switzerland on the 14th, maybe I could leave it with you for the week? >g
oooo oooooo Pick Me .. Pick Me Thumbs Up
OK,
I guess I could take it for the week. I'll have Cathy drive me out and pick it up, drive it around for the week and put some "break in" miles on it for you. <2
Let me know when you get the car. Maybe you can make me one of the neat maps to your house .....
Dan
PS I'll go by Lance's house one day too. ^2
VIPER X
I thought you were going to buy the Ultimate Swissvax, and you were going to give me one of the 200ml containers, for about $200.00? Was that not correct?
>t
I might just do that, in exchange for a week driving your new 2008.
Dan
The Bumble Bee looks like it is going to the Swiss Viper Club, new viper is not here yet, so I am Viperless, or at least will be viperless soon. <F Maybe you can drop the 06 off until something comes along pour moi???
Except for the colors and the new hood, my 06 is pretty close to a 2008 .....
Na, Cathy would never go for it. <F
So let me get this straight, Cathy makes pretty much all the decisions??? It's a Beautiful Thing Thumbs Up
My wife Kathie makes most of my decisions, too !
Please add Tom and Shawn to the list. <K

Put me on the list for this great drive. My brother-in-law, a proud owner of a new Charger, would like to join us. I told him it would probably be ok. See you on the 14th.
If anybody is driving east on the 91 and would like to stop in Anaheim Hills to meet up and caravan, let me know. We can meet off the Weir Canyon exit: 91 east, off at Weir Canyon, turn right, immediate right on Santa Ana Canyon road, right at first entrance to the shopping center. Meet in Carl's Jr parking lot on left. Let me know.

Will be in London on Saturday, have to suffer with a curry at an Indian restaurant in London, a few pints and then back to LA on Sunday. Best cruising, I know OGO will have the route wired. Dan

Just wanted to add a possible Viper to this list. My co worker T.K. has recently purchased an 03 in red and is trying to get out to this with us. If he is able to make it, he will meet you at the San Diego meeting spot. I will be at the Orange county meeting spot instead of the San Diego for those who are counting cars before we take off.
