VCA Member CHRISTMAS PARTY

The Southern California Viper Club's annual Christmas party will be the evening of December 8th at El Niguel Country Club in Laguna Niguel. 

There will be a White Elephant exchange - bring one "wrapped" gift per couple and do not put your name on it. The value should be $15 - this can be something from around the house that is in new or good condition.  We'll also have a raffle, an auction with some neat stuff, a parting gift, a MC/DJ with music and dancing and a strolling dinner buffet with a no-host bar.  This is a really nice venue and you won't want to miss this once a year event!

For those planning to stay in the area overnight, rooms have been blocked at the Laguna Cliff's Marriott Resort and Spa, 5-miles from El Niguel Country Club.  This is a great location with an ocean view and Dana Point Harbor within walking distance.

Yes, we're trying to give everyone the opportunity to make this party if they want to.  Having raised (and still raising) three sons, I know how busy life can be at that time of year, so we wanted to put this together early.

   Hope the poochie is doing great.  Sure was fun at Willow Springs.  I see Cathy did sign Carol and I up.  Hope lots of people stay the night as it will be to late to be driving home especially if you drink.  Looking forward to meeting more new people and the ones we already know. FYI,

Went to the LA Auto Show, it was okay, nothing too spectacular.  Nice Snakeskin Green RT Convertible and a Red/Black stripped GT Coupe.  Some nice Audis. including the R8, few BMWs, some Mini Coopers, an excellent 599 Ferrari, etc.  A nice Hybrid Yukon Denail!!!

Lance, where are you posting the Jo An's pics from last Saturday, nice to see the Viper Club out on a beautiful day, you just cut off the GTs coming into Idyllwild!  Guess I'll just post them here.

You guys have a great time on the Xmas party, I will be in Davos, Switzerland.  Lance send me a private message with your cell and I will call on the Xmas party night.

No rain here this morning as of 10:00 AM.  Local forecast doesn't show rain for later today or tomorrow.  This storm was forecast as being ferocious by the media - they blew it again!  Last Friday's storm dropped much more rain than this one.

Hope you guys had a great time at the Christmas Party.  I called from Davos Switzerland, (actually Zurich Airport at 5 AM), and talked to Lance and Cathy.  Tried Big Brakes D, but of course his phone wasn't working.  Funny coincidence is that I had dinner the night of the 8th of December in Davos, Switzerland, Restaurant Parma, with Guiseppe and Lesley Di Dodo, Viper Club Presidents of the VCA of Switzerland.  So we raised a glass to the So Cal Viper Club.
