I know it's right after NVE3 but it's real track time for anyone interested.  Novice to Experienced.


I'm leaning towards it but haven't signed up yet.   


Track dates are winding  down for the Summer.    I may also do NASA at Cal Speedway in June


Let me know if any of you all are going to go.

I'm towing for sure from San Diego, Rancho Bernardo area.  Peter, if you want to caravan shoot me a text or note.   I plan on leaving as soon as I get the kid to school on Wednesday.   With luck might make lunch.


Also, if you want to throw anything bulky in my trailer let me know and I can haul it out to vegas as I'll only have the ACR in the trailer.  I'm not bringing all my normal track gear 

I am reskinning it like a gen 1......and painting it green.

Anyone towing?  I'm debating

So you're out for sure?    I did put fresh tires on.  The fronts were shot due to the spin on 6 and driving the wheels off sunday keeping up with you and Mike.


The weather seems to be improving now with the rain pushed to the evening.    Even if I go, I'm leaving soon after lunch.

Crap, it's looking like another rainy windy day on Wednesday.     I'm going to watch close and if it holds true I may cut my losses.   Driving in the rain at Saxtons event was intense on slicks to say the least.  It took me a couple hours to clean off all the dried up dirty water from the inside of my car.   

I'll be there Tuesday night staying at the track.     


Kailo's events are pretty good but the red group gets a bit more serious than Saxtons.    There are some fast guys running with him but everyone I know that regular attends is very heads up.


I'll have a pot of coffee brewing in the morning, stop by the camper.

Been watching the weather.  Looks like rain on Friday and probably some drizzle on Saturday.   It's also going to be on the cold side.   I'll be staying at the track in my camper.    I'll be pulling tires off the racecar and a buddys car and storing them overnight inside the trailer to keep them from freezing overnight.   Anyone that needs to do the same let me know there should be plenty of room.   I may buy a small heater and put in there also just to keep the temp up a little.


I've been there on colder days and it's not terrible on the track.  You just need to be a bit more cautious and just let the faster guy in the blue Panoz fly by.

Anybody that's trailering up to ButtonWillow from the San Diego area I need a favor.  I have a set of wheels with tires, non viper, that if possible I'd like to toss in your trailer.    I sold them to a guy in SF and he would drive down to BW to pick them up.   


Let me know if an option.
