Title: Brake bleed order for SRT-10 Viper
Post by: Super Villain on September 02, 2008, 04:29:09 PM
I have a 2006 Coupe and I just wanted to confirm the brake bleed order.  Is it the usual:

1. Rear Passenger Right
2. Rear Driver Left
3. Front Passenger Right
4. Front Driver Left

I know on some cars it is actually different than what we are use to...just wanted to confirm that here.

thanks!

Yeah,

Farthest to closest.  Inside caliper first, then outside caliper.

Speed bleeders make this job much easier and faster.

Front brakes will use a bunch of fluid.  You'll need about 3 pints to bleed the entire system.

Talk to Dave Cawthorne about them.

Thanks Dan!  Good note on the inboard and out-board bleeders!
