I now have a 6 Pulley Billet UnderDrive Track Kit (deletes the A/C Pulley)

This kit with it's new belt bypasses the A/C compressor. This kit works for road racers & drag racers. This is the only kit for the Viper that has this feature It's a Beautiful Thing

Can you hard- anodize this pulley kit or is it already hardened?

Wear will be about the same, anodizing is very thin, have over 12,000 miles on my original set using the same belt. All alum pulley kits will have some wear. The belt will get a silver film on it from the alum pulleys.

Just like your engine >m things wear out under high stress loads.
