Maybe we can combine the event with a run up through Palm Desert and Hwy 74 back through Temecula or up 243 through Idyllwild back to Banning??? Just a thought?

Let's add a meeting point for those of us coming from West LA and Ventura??? How about Flo's Diner at the Chino Airport. Meet about 8:00 - 8:30, breakfast at 9:00 then depart to the general meeting point on the I-10 ? =11
Flo's has excellent low priced breakfasts and superb area to park the snakes without worrying about who is parking next to you.

From my skiing experience, it is called a tram??? No worries, just show up to Flo's for some soothing Bisquits and Gravey and it should be no problem as that will give you some solid ballast deep inside and prevent any eructations or emesis ! =6

okay, looks like about 23 cars so far. Arturo we need you to start beating the north west LA-Ventura county for more club members. This will be an excellent event. Would be nice to see a lage turn out of Vipers, a snake spring fling. >v
Cathy's been working on getting us our own area for parking, which looks like it may happen.
A last minute addition -- add Roger & Adam O'Brien for the tram event. I've been there before and it's a great place ... not to mention a nice drive. >8
Well, it finally happened, I have enough miles to actually warrant changing my oil in preparation for trying to keep up with OriginalRoot and Arturo heading out for the Palm Springs Rally on the 25th. I called my Dodge Dealer, Big Valley Dodge, Van Nuys, San Fernando Valley, and found out that they are no longer a Dodge Dealership. Happened about a month ago. All inventory has been removed, talked to the service department, they indicated that their Viper tech was still employed and they could do oil changes but no technical work. I promptly called DC Performance, 2.3 miles from home and Dan took care of me this AM with superb service. In and out, even had a donut. What a great business and great people at DC Performance. Very professional, smooth and fast.
Highly recommend going to DC Performance for you oil change and technical needs. I also believe they will still be an authorized Mopar service center.

<2 Hey gang, here are some last minute notes about our Tram day...
We have been given our own private parking lot referred to as the "Fox" lot and we'll be shuttled up to the tram from here. We need to arrive as a unit so please be at the final meet location by 11:30AM, the Union Gas Station off I-10 at Indian.
Everyone will need to check in with me at the Union Station so I can purchase the correct number of tickets; which I'll pass out before we begin our tram ride up.
The weather is calling for partly cloudy and 84° at the base of the hill. Remember, it will be considerably cooler at the top - may want to bring something warm to wear too.
We have 35 Vipers signed up for this event - should be a blast! >g

Arturo, West LA 7:15 at the Santa Monica Blvd exit off the 405, Saturday AM? Original Root will be there. We'll head out to Flo's arriving by 8:30. Anyone wanting to join us from the Northern part of So Cal Viper Nest, Flo's at the Chino Airport at 8:30 AM, Saturday the 25th. We will then head out to the I-10 and Indian turnoff leaving between 9:30 - 10:00AM. Need to be at the Union Gas Station by 11:00 AM.
