As you may know by now The first VOA national event is in Detriot this July 18-20.
Hopefully we will have a good SoCal showing there. Some people may want to travel together and make aranements to stay with each other. Respond to this post if your going so we know who's in and we can discuss plans and etc. 8)
As of this posting there is six tickets left out of five hundred.

Looks like the airport we fly into is DTW Detroit MetropolitanWayne County Airport

I'm registered and going. Traveling out on the "redeye" Thursday night from LAX to DTW with Hirk. Returning Monday afternoon.

Should be fun. Hope to see lots of SoCal members there!

Anyone have any interest in shipping their Viper to Detroit? I've been contacted by the Norcal club who has a few people interested. I don't know the cost at this point. Maybe we could start with a head count of interest?

When I shipped my MAMBA out for VOI 10 I think it cost $3000 round trip, but to drive your VIPER on home pavement in MOTOR CITY ;D Priceless.

Hey Gang,
for those of us going to Detroit, just a thought about the river boat cruise. You might want to bring at least a light jacket or sweater. We will be leaving port out into the bay and it does have a tendency to get a little chilly.

I was going through iPhoto tonight. If I remember correctly this was the overflow area at NVE 1. Detroit 2014 ;)
