Title: Formula one Texas anyone?

I know some of us discussed this race in TX at the http://circuitoftheamericas.com/
Is anyone iterated in making a group trip to see the race? Nov 16-18th.

yeah, I would like to add the Austin F1 race to my list.
went to the first one in Malaysia and Shanghai. I have not checked into places to stay but was
warned by my F1 friends that the even the Motel 6 is charging WAY too much.

We need some local VCA members to put us up!

I will talk to June and see if I can get her interested

I'm looking at tickets at Turn 9, everything else seems to be booked or overpriced. What do you reckon?

Did you buy tickets yet. I did not we can buy them at the same time to try and get a group sitting together

Scott,
I was defiantly interested when this race was first announced, however with VOI and Melissa & I's 30th anniversary, we are trying to plan another trip in there somewhere.
So it's difficult to commit right now.
But keep me posted on your seating arraignments and hotel/slumber party plans.

Yeah looks like I will have to skip this too. Too much going on and I have to watch the funds.  =16
