This run is fun, that's why it's the 6th Annual - Caravans will converge at the Shell station in Escondido - El Norte Pwky off the 15 Fwy at 9:30AM departing at 10:00 AM. This is about a 1-1/2 hour run through some nice back country. Ending with lunch!

Eddie said he's going to drive the Prius, so as to not shame his 2 awesome Vipers. He said he'll gladly issue pointbys and then wave at us while we fill up at the gas station. >1
point bys are irrelevant when you cant stop cause your accelerator is stuck..and there are some steep cliffs!

What a great day !! I counted 30 vipers. It is so much fun seeing old friends and meeting new ones.

Thanks to everybody that worked hard, putting this run to Julian together.
Hope everybody realizes how difficult it is to get a private room for 35+ people to sit down together in the little town of Julian. That place is jumpin' on spring weekends. The line for the apple pies was 10 deep out the door.
The hills were verdant green after all the previous rains. The roads were clear, and it seemed as though the scenery changed around every corner.
A special thanks to Mike the tail gunner for holding up that cop with a bit of friendly conversation, while the rest of us in the slither made its way into Julian. (no ticket)
A great cruise on a spectacularly beautiful day! We have a wonderful group of people in our club! Thank you for all the hard working putting this one together.
