Thanks again for everyone who helped put this together. It was great to see everyone out there this past weekend.
I saw some people I have not seen in years! You guys need to get out more.
I shot some photos that you can download at my new web hosting site. Shots are mostly of group 1 & 2, sorry group 3 I ran out of time.

Awesome Video Jay - how did you get our track outline to display on the video dynamics?

It's an iPhone app called video pro by Optrix. I used a suction cup mount from Ram to mount it.  If you didn't guess already, this was two different runs, one with the forward facing camera, and the other using the rearward camera.

This was outstanding!  I don't know who all helped to set up, but I'm really grateful for it!  That was a huge undertaking.

All the events seemed very well organized, and there was very little waiting.

I took a little video of myself in the auto-x.  I posted it Facebook, but it's public so you should be able to see it.  Because of the helmet, you can't see me grinning from ear to ear, but trust me -I was!

Thanks again!

Do you know if we can do the auto-X with the top down?  One mistake that I made when I had the seats re-shaped was that I didn't notice that they raised them enough that I have very little headroom when I'm wearing a helmet.

What host hotel is everyone going to be staying. It would be great if we stayed all together if we can.

I agree!  Is that how it has been done in the past?

How did you like the Jeep?  I'm very tempted to buy one.

Maybe In 2020, I'll be able to afford a 2013!

I meant to ask you Saturday, How does the new car look in person?  From the pictures, I think it's possibly one of the most beautiful car made in my lifetime.

Were you serious about last minutes decisions?  Looks like Jennifer and I can make it! It'll be a lot of driving, but It'll be nice to see everyone again.

In case anyone is interested, I had Galpin Auto Sports install the Snake Oyl cruise control.  It's been several months now and I'm very happy with it.  It keeps the speed much more consistent than I can, and works about 90% as well as an OEM system.

I think I'm registered.  It seemed a little too easy.

Thanks Dan, I'll look at it tonight.  Mine is closed face, and I really don't like it.  But with what you say about debris flying in at you, maybe I'll just be content with closed face.

Good job Lance!  I also agree that the front picture you took is better than any professional shots I have seen.  You really captured the snake eyes look that the designers were going for.

I love the new car.  I hope to see one in LA sometime soon.  I'm looking forward to the day when I can afford one.

I used to think the next step from a Viper would be a Ferrari or Aston Martin.  Now I think the next step up is a Gen V.  Seriously, what do the other cars have to offer over the Viper now besides excessive maintenance costs?

I bought a helmet about 7 years ago.  how can I tell if it meets today's standards?

Do you remember about how much it costs to ship the car?  If I were retired, I'd love to take a few weeks and drive cross-country, but at this point in my life I don't want to burn up all my vacation time.
