Hello Viper Guys and Gals...

For what it's Worth, I posted on the main ViperClub Forum the details of my "Debacle" dealing with Steve Prescott and Vipair Performance Products.

Be aware!!! It has happened to several of us (there are several threads of customers who have been ripped off). I wish I had read them before.

I don't believe in anything you say or write anymore. You obviously have no intention in shipping me the parts I paid for and all you seem to do is send me E-Mails with lame excuses to buy yourself some  time. I am done playing this game.



If I don't see a shipping notice or refund by the end of next week, I will start the process of doing what needs to be done.



You've already lost a lot of business through the Viper owners who have been Black Copied on these emails and who have bought their Aero Packages, hoods, etc. through your competitors. It will be exponential when this is going to be on Forums all over the world. Your Company Names and your personal name (You have noticed that I am using your full name: Steve Prescott at this point, it's for Internet "de-Marketing" purpose) will be "de-Marketed" all over the web. It's my job to promote (or "de-Promote") products and names over the web, so I know what I am talking about.



I will be working on the legal aspect of getting my Money back through your Canadian shadow company at the same time.

I just don't know what to say... It's been another month since your last email. 6 months now since I've placed (and PAID) my order. After our last conversation, I thought you were going to fulfill your responsibilities, but still No parts have been shipped and You are ignoring me again.

At this point, I am sending Emails just to keep the Viper community posted.

I have been very patient and courteous so far, but it doesn't seen to work so well. Next step I guess is to post all of this on the Viper board to make sure no one else will go through this + all the Legal procedures you must be familiar with...

Be assured that I won't give up until I get my parts or my money back.

Yes I did, I am giving that info to the factory to ship the decklid and hood to.

I had it all ready to ship to you from my factory and it missed cutoff before CNY, they are returning on the 18th and it will be air freighted to you by DHL on the 19th, you will receive it approx business 3 days later.

I am very sorry for the delay and if you like you can have one of Carbon hardtops I have here now as compensation for the delay.

Your last E-Mail was from October 11th when you were saying the parts were on their way. You told me 2 weeks ago again that I would get my parts within few days, but they apparently have never been shipped. If these parts can't be made for any reason, you can return my payment and all will be good. If you keep on ignoring my calls and E-Mails, I will assume that you want to keep the Money AND the Parts and I will have to use a different approach...

It is very sad, but not uncommon. I will give you the benefits of the doubt for few more days although there's a French Expression that says: "There's no smoke without a fire...". See, I still kept my sense of humor (but you can be sure that I won't give up on getting my parts or money back).

I took the liberty to BCC a couple of Friends who are involved in the "Viper World" in order to keep everyone "informed"...

I still hope to hear from you very soon...

I am glad you liked it.

I had to show how crazy fast the car is. As you can see in the Video, 1:24:08 without ever breaking loose or even trying to. Not a single correction needed anywhere. The car is planted on/Riveted to the ground!!! It was like a cruise. YES, for those who know what I am referencing, I could have been drinking my "Machiatto" peacefully (and smoking a cigarette with the other hand) while doing these laps. Amazing handling.

I am very happy with the work we did on this car as we didn't really know how efficient it would be when we started the project.  Now, we are hitting the wall with an obvious problem: The chassis could obviously handle a lot more speed, but the stock gen 3 motor has its limitations (good eyes Dan). With a 700 hp gen4 this car would be INSANE!!! I want to see what that would do. 1:22 or less?!? Guaranteed!!!

I hope to build one soon...

PS: I posted the lap times on fastestlaptimes.com (search Viper X10) there's also a forum, check it out and feel free to add your comments (I am going through lots of critics from guys who don't believe in the car). I could use a little support from the Viper Guys...

How did the Viper X-10 like Spring Mountain?

Viper X10 did well at Spring Mountain (1:52 Video coming soon), although it needs a  little more "chassis work" on the Front and lacks definitely power on that very fast configuration. I was losing at least one full second on every one of the 3 straightaways (over the Gen4 cars).

Still can't beat the ACR-X With their additional power and Michelin Slicks  =16

It would be very interesting to build a Viper X10 on a gen4 powered car. I Hope it'll happen soon...
