Car's up w/Dan today, don't know the spring rates, but I think there comparable with the one's used with the Moton's (800-900?).  Car's sitting too low but I think they've moved, or broke.  Bounced a couple of times on the 405 both ways going to willow, hit the rear tow hook too.  Fronts seem fine.  I sent the stock ones in the trunk but I hope Dan can figure out how to work the KW's back.

Buttonwillow won't work, going to FL next week w/Diann.

I've got something wrong with my rear shocks, taking to Dan later this week.  Took off the RR Saturday, springs are set very soft, and not sure if the shock is OK, both my rear inner wheel wells are torn up, on the right, a screw has dug a 1/4" deep groove into the tire.  Hoping the shocks are OK and the springs are just loose, if not I'll have to send them back to KW and wait.

I'd like to go back to Willow but when I look at TCRA's site it doesn't show this event?  Could it be held by another organization?  Mike

We'd be in for the clinic, I need to get Diann to drive the SRT-10 or at least drive her 911 hard in a controlled environment.

I'm thinking about returning to Willow at the early May event, are you going, anyone else??

PS, I think I broke the RR KW either on the 405 going up (the two bumps that my rear tow hook scraped -I'll never go that way again)  or finally on the track? Any advice on a shop closer then DC or A&C?

Dan, thanks again, just got back from the NY auto show, nice to be back in SC.  Diann will be coming up so I hope Cathy is going to be there also.  We'll probably get up there around 9:30 pm or so Friday night.  Hope to catch up for breakfast.  Mike

Dan,  hope you and Cathy had a great holiday season.  I'm plannng on going the Saturday, unfortunatley on a flight to Houston that Sunday.  Did Santa get you a 2-3 cars trailer?? If so, can you take my car??  Got an new '08 hood, and new bumper (so I can do the stripes correctly).  Should be done next week.  Heading to Detroit next weekend so I can't go to B-willow.  See you on the 19th at PAG, or see you guys the night of the 26th @ Willow.  Mike

Carl,   Haven't tracked the '06, not been at Willow.  Had my ACR @ VOI, did  run it in Phoenix 4 plus years ago. Got out of track days after move here to SCA. Phoenix had 3 tracks within 45 minutes and Eddie Martin was always on hand for tech support, Rich Muzzy, Frank P, Tony Estes and others were great for track advice.  Miss that group and looking to find new friends and support out here.

Dan, definately there to learn and not set the track record. Not sure what to expect in the low group, hoping that they'll keep moderate pace since I assume no or limited passing.

You guys both have me convinced to stay for Sunday.  Thanks for the support!

thanks for the hotel info, not sure if I can get out of work Friday.  Thanks for the tip w/Dan, he went over my car the week after the dyno day.  Appreciate your offer on the ride, never been there and except for a couple of SRT events, and VOI it's been about 4 years since I tracked in Phoenix.  I signed for the lowest group so I'd get an instructor to show the lines.  I'm hopeful if this group is slow I can move up after a session or two. Would like to stay Sunday but have a dealer show in Vegas starting Monday night, not sure? Ordered an extingushier today from Roe, JonB has PS2's and 6 points in the mail. Found a nice set of sidewinders locally.  Looking forward to this event and Viper days.  Thanks for all the help!

Dan,  Looks like a good event and anxious to take my coupe out. Also look at a learning session before Viper Days next year. Few questions, haven't ever been there, how long a drive to track from S OC? I'm thinking Friday night through LA will be a long time, considering Sat AM, should I reconsider? Any local recommendations on geting tech'd in advance?  Might not be able to stay Sunday, how many sessions do you think on Saturday?  thanks for the help!  Mike
