GOOD GRIEF CHARLIE BROWN RUN

Another O Dave "OGO" Cawthorne Special!!!

This run is fun, that's why it's the 4th Annual - Caravans will converge at the Shell station in Escondido - El Norte Pkyy off the 15 Fwy at 8:30AM departing at 9:00 AM. This is about a 1-1/2 hour run through some nice back country. Ending with lunch. Approximate run route:

15 South; Exit Pamerado East over the bridge

Left on Highland Valley Road to Ramona

Cross over 67 onto Dye

Right on San Vicente Road

Right on Barona

Right onto Wildcat Canyon Road

Mystery excursion to Randy's place...

Will have a new destination >v this is a great run, lots of twisties like our AX course at the Car Control at Cal Speedway.

Thanks Dave for another great back country Pumpkin' run. >s You kept up a good pace, and the windey roads were fun. No traffic to speak of (easily dispatched) and perfect weather. Stoping at Randy Begin's new shop was a great idea. Thanks to Randy and his family for the fantastic lunch, and a great gathering of snakes.

Eight second Hugh's new Snake Skin Green coupe looked fantastic, and well as the Red/Black ACR. Impressive looking parking lot. >u

Thanks to Dan and Cathy for bringing the big group in from LA and Orange county.

I loved seeing the local meter maid (in her GO-4) take on the entire group while Carl got yelled at for blocking the driveway. All ended well with a jaunty wave from the officer as she putted away. <2

Good times for sure.

Actually she was asking me about turn in points for her golf cart thingie. I told her to turn in late, keep up speed then on the gas early. 20 on that thing feels like 100.
