Well......at around 5:30 p.m. Scott took ownership of my car.  It wasn't easy hearing him drive off with my car but the time was not right for me to be a Viper owner.  I want to thank all of you who made me feel so welcome since my first event at Lance's shop, at the track events (my favorites) and the cruises.  I enjoyed all the moments I spent with good people and some good friends.   


Thanks for everythings guys.

Watching Tanner Foust avoid getting killed by an attack helicopter on Top Gear USA was fun.  I am glad they chose our car their first ever featured car.  Its fun seeing play hide and go seek against such an amazing machine. 
I can see why Tanner took two podiums at the latest Viper Days in Pahrump, he is doing things with the Viper many of us can only dream of.

This looks promising, looks like we may have a couple of semi-local opportunities                           .

On behalf of my wife and my children I would like to thank the club for the plant my wife received today.  My wife is touched by the club's thoughtfulness.  My wife is currently fighting the fight of her life and any gesture goes a long way not just with her but with me as well.
I guess our club goes beyond the club activities and that is what makes this club special.

Selling brand new never mounted set of 19 inch wheels for BMW 3 series, maybe other models but not sure. The wheels are staggered; 19x8.5 up  front and 19x9.5 at the rear. They come with valve stems, M3 logos for the wheels, carbon fiber look center caps, and valve stem caps.  I paid $1,300 for the set I am asking $900.00.  Prefer local pick up either from my home or my place of work in Lynwood or any other arrangements we can agree on (delivery).

Anyone here done business with them? I need to have my brake fluid changed but everytime I call the phone is busy. Are they still in business?

NEW YORK (CNNMoney.com) -- Chrysler will soon be making cars again.

Chrysler Group announced Monday that it is restarting a factory, after shutting down all of its manufacturing for nearly seven weeks following the bankruptcy of Chrysler LLC. Chrysler Group is the new company that emerged last week with most of Chrysler's assets and a new ownership structure.

The first plant to reopen is the one that makes the Dodge Viper sports car.

The Viper has a 600 horsepower V-10 engine and a price tag that starts at about $90,000. The Viper was introduced in the 1992 model year, and only 25,000 have been sold since then.

The Conner Avenue Assembly Plant in Detroit that makes the car employs 115 people.

Chrysler LLC had announced last year that it intended to sell off the Viper brand. The high-performance, 10-cylinder sports car sells in low numbers. Ultimately, Chrysler said it had not received any bids that met its requirements.

Chrysler's other plants remain idle.

"At this time, we cannot give exact timing in regards to the start of production at our other manufacturing facilities," Chrysler Group said in a statement.

The Viper brand and the plant that makes the car, the Conner Avenue assembly plant in Detroit, were taken over by the "new" Chrysler that emerged last week from bankruptcy.

The Chrysler Group is owned by a combination of the Italian automaker Fiat, the United States government, the United Auto Workers union's retiree trust and the Canadian and Ontario governments.

Hello everyone,

I have decided to add a few things to my car to help me on the track; APS wing, air splitter and canards. Along with that I plan on doing some cosmetic stuff; one of them is the wheels. After putting polished wheels on a previous car I swore I would never do that again, so here I am again with polished wheels. I am thinking of powder coating them a flat black or gun metal or same colors in paint. Anyone know what are the cons of powder coating? Does this process weaken the wheel; I plan on going fast  <m and would like my wheels to stay on.  Any feedback will be appreciated.

I have had my Viper since May of this year. When I bough tmy car I was told it had been lowered. Not knowing exactly what was done to lower it; springs, shocks, coilovers, I need to know what to look for if I take a wheel out. The ride is o.k. as long as the rod is smooth, if there are any dips, uneven road the car bottoms out at times. Looking for any suggestions, tips, to solve this. My goal is to get back to stock ride as possible.

Hello everyone,

I just wanted to introduce myself. My name is Carlos and I have recently purchased a 2006 Viper SRT-10. As my screen name says; it is red.  I am looking forward  to meeting other Viper owners.  I tried making this wekeends DC performance dyno day but was unable to make it.
I live in Rancho Cucamonga; are there any Viper owners on this board in my neck of the woods? I have seen a blue gts and a black rt-10 but not while I am driving my car.
