I talked with Darren today who is the promoter of this event. This is an open event for anyone who wants to sign up. Not just Vipers! So if you really want to come out and run you need to sign up soon. Snooze you loose. 25 cars max for this event.. We have 12 snakes and one of those G.M. products coming out which is also a very cool car. 8)

Not sure who set the fastest time, but I know it was not me ! The best I could do on street tires was a 42.177.
I know some of the other cars there were running in the 30's !! Fun to watch them drive.

This was a very well organized event and very efficiently run from start to finish.
Always fun to get out and push the car through the cones.

"The next Camarillo Autocross Event on Saturday, October 18th has 5 more spots open. We are limiting the event to 25 drivers to ensure plenty of runs for everyone. Registration is first come first serve, so sign up early. The forecast calls for 77 degrees. "
