West Coast Raching Event March 2nd and 3rd

I know there is another thread coupled with an event at CA Speeday but after getting a note from the host Jim Saxton, that was very urgent, I wanted to make a seperate thread.  Jim hosts a fall and spring event that is run very well, safe and really low cost, $245.00 for two track days!

sounds like sign ups have been weak and he is very concerned about future events.  If your on the fence, I hope you'll be there.  If you've never tracked your viper this is a great venue and a number of us going would be happy to help you.  Mike

We are gearing up for a great weekend  
March 2 and 3, 2013



We have a BIG problem.....There are not enough cars registered to break even. We need an additional 30 cars to break even.  This will probably be our last track event!!!  After 25 years we are throwing in the towel.  The economy has finally beaten us.  We thank all of you who have been so loyal and supportive.

I talked to Jim yesterday and I`m signed up for both days. Would be ready to go to the Mexican restaurant Saturday night since I missed it last time (car problems!)

How was this event?  Haven't heard any stories about how it went?  Spill the beans will ya.

Saturday weather was very good with some fast laps run by all.

We did have a few discourteous drivers.  Check Mike Buckingham's video on Youtube.  Mike can chime in and get you the link.

Got windy on Sunday PM, most of us left a bit early.

Wish you could have made it.
