The guys that trailer usually go out on Friday to off load.  The guys that drive out usually just drive out early on Sat.  Choice is yours.
We usually stay at the Hampton Inn and Suites in Lancaster:
2300 W Double Play Way, Lancaster, CA 93536

We usually go out to dinner on Saturday night together.

I go friday and stay at the track.    I never knew you all went to dinner together........huh.    It's ok, dinner and drinks at the track are much better.

Yeah....nope same sets.    I have one extra rear wheel but am short a front to make two full sets.     Randy saw the wheel and was quite surprised.   I have to admit I'm glad this was my panoz instead of my viper.    A couple hours of bonding up the front splitter and it's good to go vs I can't even imagine.    I'm going to go over them carefully before I put them back on the car.

What's weird to me is it ran fine Saturday afternoon in the last session where i drove Nate.    Brand new slicks.   Then the next morning is the issue.     Not sure what happened in the overnight.

I'm in and plan to arrive Tuesday night.   I heard Randy B is going also.

Thanks Ken.     It only makes a difference how early I try to get to Willow.   Noon or just before 5.

Looking forward to seeing you and everyone else.

oh good, when I called a couple of weeks ago someone told me to check back that if they could they would rent out the day.   But if no rental then it would be test and tune   8)

FYI.....for the WCR event I'm going to arrive Friday.   Potentially early if it's a test and tune day and I'm staying at the track.   Randy is also staying at the track from what he told me but not sure when he will arrive.  (last time he slept outside the gate)

If you want to drop off your trailer/car you can park it near me.

Any of the San Diego folk want to hook up somewhere in No County to cruise up together?

I don't think so but I signed up anyway.  I needed to check that Jim would let me instruct my kid which he approved.     Paul, the kid with the miata (green group) from last time has also signed up already.

Plus the first 50 get a shirt so I got that going for me.......

what formally was know as the Pantera-Ferrari club event and should now be called the Viper guys weekend at Willow is a few months away.

I've signed up and my adult son will also be going for the first time.  He'll be driving the green group in the Panoz.    Which those that attended might remember last year I let another friend of his run the panoz a couple of sessions in the green group on Sunday also when his car had a tire issue.    An interesting session to watch.

Anyway, I'll be there Friday night staying at the track.    Hope to see the regulars and hopefully a few newbies.     This is a great event if you ever just want to see what it's like to track your Viper or other car.

Sign ups are here:   http://www.westcoastracinginc.com/WCR/Welcome.html

Attending:
Carl
Scott
Ben
Lance
Mike B
Eddie
Ken
Mike G
Randy B

I took my Panoz up to Willow and left it today and once home I sadly remembered I forgot to pull the lap belt and submarine belt from the racecar.  I have an extra set of shoulder belts but that's useless with out any of the other stuff.

I'm looking to borrow them for NVE3 if anyone has an extra.  Needs to be clip in.

Thanks!

Will you all keep it down to 60-65 or so, so I can keep up?     :o

Seriously, we hope to make Peggy Sue's before your lunch is over.
