December 3rd

Being a VCA member has its privileges and the Annual Holiday Party is one of them. At last year’s Holiday Party, the Club Members were given private tours of the Vault below the Petersen Automotive Museum in addition to eating dinner on the first floor of the museum. This year we are very lucky to have the opportunity to host our Holiday Party at Mr. Tom Malloy’s private facility. This is not open to the public and is under lock and key at all times. Tom has collected an incredible variety of “storied” race cars from 1920 to the present. Tom has graciously agreed to allow our Club to host the Holiday party in and amongst his priceless collection. Tom will be present that night to give us some of the history behind the cars.

Of course we will have great food catered in, silent auction and some awards to present as well as a look at some of the events planned for 2012. It will be a great evening with friends and I encourage you to sign up quickly as we have a maximum capacity of 100 people.

Dyno Day at DC Performance

Dan Cragin and DC Performance has stepped up again and is sponsoring this event for the So Cal Club. Unfortunately the weather was not so cooperative. We are going to reschedule this event in the very near future and will post it up on our website once we have determine a date that will work.

The Sedona Run was an awesome trip with great friends, absolutely perfect weather, beautiful Fall colors and amazing rock formations. The Arizona Club did a great job planning and coordinating all the details for this event. The Talking Stick Resort was a great facility and all had fun hanging out in the beautiful resort. The most impressive sight was seeing all the Vipers slither down the windy road towards Slide Rock Park.
